Clothes Hoarders Diva: Kate Moss

As Kate Moss celebrates her 40th birthday today, she’s as fabulous as ever! For me Kate is one of my style icons, why? Because her style is accessible, yes she’s the super model of supermodels but at the same time there is a normality to her that us non-model types can relate to.  It’s the same for her style, with her simple details and mixing old with new it can fuel most of us ladies (and I’m sure some men’s) imagination on how to style the simplest items in our wardrobe. She continuously teaches us about owning our style and not following trend after trend after trend. Also she’s a girl after my own heart with her love of animal prints, metallics and leather, it would be impossible for me not to love her.

Here in France the french are also big fans of our girl Mossy, with a documentary made by french media channel Paris-Première investigating why she is so loved. Kate’s style is so adaptable to the style here in the south of France with its laid bad aura of all things cool, how could they not fall for her charm as well as her style.

With her renewed collaboration with Topshop, and her collection due to be available in stores in April, we all get to indulge in a little piece of Kate’s swag.  And on that note here are some of my most memorable style moments from our Mossy:
