Paris fashion week always ends up feeling like the cherry on top of the cake, when you think that your senses have already been taken into visual stimulation overload, PFW just makes them self-combust.
Ok, I’ll get on with it and here are my favourites from Paris Fashion Week.
Best Front Row:
With most front rows this Paris fashion week having Rhianna sat in them it was hard to decide, but when girl of the moment Lupita Nyong’o was seated next to Riri for Miu Miu that was it… game over!
If you have followed my previous ‘best of fashion week’ posts, you’ll know that I’m having a bit of a short hair moment. Dries Van Norton reminded us that we can fake the bob and make it work for all seasons.
Olympia Le-Tan went Playgirl crazy luring us into seductive make-up
I got totally caught up in Miu Miu’s plastic fantastic as they gave us boots that will get us asking for rain.
Mr Largerfeld did it again and took us shopping in his very own Chanel supermarket with its very own Channel chain shopping baskets
Most Likely to Wear in the South of France:
More black for the ladies of the South of France with a casual edge by Antony Vaccarello
Most likely NOT to wear to my local market:
I would be the talk of the town in this little Gareth Pugh number
Best Party season Inspiration:
Elie Saab did it again giving some seductive party dress inspiration
Isabel Marant knows how to give us those perfect slouchy knits
Dior are keeping our coats bright next winter and I likely a lot!
I can’t wait to see what we get served at next seasons fashion month until then Bisous
